Contract Manager (m­­/­­f­­/­­d) Instrument Services

The Contract Manager (m|f|d) is the primary point of contact for all queries concerning contract management within the Instrument Service department. You oversee the coordination and clarification of contract content across the organization. You are responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive framework of contracts and service packages in coordination with the marketing department and customers. Consequently, you work closely with relevant departments and customers to design and finalize service contracts. You consult with customers and our sales team to meet customer requirements. Furthermore, you ensure close customer-oriented collaborations (especially with key accounts) to foster strong relationships and adapt service contracts to specific needs. You review service terms and conditions, and identify potential risks with our legal team.
